To confirm the reservation we need a credit card as a guarantee.
Free cancellation for those who cancel within 7 days from the arrival date.
50% penalty for those who cancel 7 to 3 days before the check-in date.
100% penalty for those who cancel in the three days prior to the arrival date or in case of no show.
In case of non-refundable bookings, the amount of the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking and the penalty for any cancellations will be 100%.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 1pm to 9pm always by agreement with the managers.
Check-out until 10,30 am
The price is per accommodation per night and includes breakfast and gives the possibility to use the kitchen and common areas.
Children are welcome but should be reported, the additional cost varies from their age.
